摘要
目的分析肺癌患者介入治疗前后的血浆D-D和FIB表达水平变化。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月我院收治的90例肺癌患者作为肺癌组,患者表现为胸痛、咳血、咳嗽、发热、气短等临床症状,选取同期我院健康体检者90例作为对照组。肺癌患者均行支气管动脉灌注化疗术,分别于介入治疗前、 3次介入治疗后检测其血浆D-D、 FIB水平。结果肺癌组介入治疗前的血浆D-D、 FIB表达水平明显高于对照组及介入治疗后(P <0.05)。介入治疗后,肺癌组的血浆D-D、 FIB表达水平明显下降(P <0.05),与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗结果为CR 24例, PR 36例, PD 14例, NC 16例;血浆DD、 FIB表达水平随着疗效的好转而明显降低(P <0.05)。结论肺癌患者的血浆D-D和FIB表达水平明显升高,其表达变化可作为介入治疗疗效评估的指标。
Objective To analyze the changes of plasma D-D and FIB expression levels of patients with lung cancer before and after interventional treatment. Methods 90 cases of patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as lung cancer group. The patients presented with the clinical symptoms such as chest pain, hemoptysis, cough, fever and shortness of breath.90 people with healthy physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group. All patients with lung cancer received bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy. Plasma D-D and FIB levels were detected before interventional treatment and after 3-time interventional treatment. Results Before interventional treatment, the expression levels of plasma D-D and FIB of the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of the control group and those after interventional treatment(P<0.05). After interventional treatment, the expression levels of plasma D-D and FIB of the lung cancer group decreased significantly(P<0.05), but without statistical difference compared with control group(P>0.05). The treatment results were 24 cases of CR, 36 cases of PR, 14 cases of PD and 16 cases of NC, and the expression levels of plasma D-D and FIB decreased significantly with the improvement of curative effect(P<0.05). Conclusions The expression levels of plasma D-D and FIB of patients with lung cancer increase significantly, and the changes can be used as indicators for efficacy evaluation of interventional treatment.
