全程综合护理干预对老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能和生活质量的影响

Influence of Whole Course Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Cognitive Function and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的分析全程综合护理干预对老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月东莞市厚街医院收治的老年轻度认知障碍患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行全程综合护理干预。比较两组患者的认知功能、生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果护理干预后,观察组的联想学习、图片记忆、背书能力、理解记忆评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的85.00%(P <0.05)。结论对老年轻度认知障碍患者给予全程综合护理干预,可提高其认知功能和生活质量,患者的护理满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the influence of whole course comprehensive nursing intervention on cognitive function and quality of life of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment admitted to Dongguan Houjie Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received whole course comprehensive nursing intervention. The cognitive function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of associative learning, picture memory, endorsement ability and comprehension memory of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 85.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Whole course comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment can improve their cognitive function and quality of life, with higher nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
