三步宣教法在儿科门诊输液厅应用静脉留置针过程中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨三步宣教法应用于儿科门诊输液厅静脉留置针穿刺中的效果。方法选取我院儿科门诊输液厅接受静脉留置针穿刺的患儿500例,根据护理方法分为两组。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予三步宣教法。比较两组的并发症发生率、家属知晓率和满意度。结果观察组的液体外渗、留置针移位/脱落、自行拔针发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。穿刺前,两组患儿家属对留置针保护知识的知晓率无统计学差异(P>0.05);拔针后,观察组家属对留置针保护知识的知晓率为79.2%,高于对照组的56.8%(P <0.05)。观察组家属的护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论三步宣教法应用于儿科门诊输液厅静脉留置针穿刺中,可提高患儿和家属的配合度,有利于各项护理措施的落实,减少并发症发生,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of three-step education method in the application of venous indwelling needle puncture in infusion room of pediatric outpatient. Methods 500 cases of children with venous indwelling needle puncture in our infusion room of pediatric outpatient were selected and divided into two groups according to the nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given three-step education method on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications and family awareness rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of liquid exosmosis, indwelling needle displacement/falling and self needle withdrawal of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before puncture, no statistical difference was found in the awareness rate of indwelling needle protection knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05). After needle withdrawal, the family awareness rate of indwelling needle protection knowledge of the observation group was 79.2%, higher than 56.8% of the control group(P<0.05). The family satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Three-step education method in the application of venous indwelling needle puncture in infusion room of pediatric outpatient can improve the coordination degree of children and their families, facilitate the implementation of various nursing measures, and reduce the complications, which is worthy of promotion.
