预见性护理干预在减少患儿跌倒及坠床中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing Intervention in the Reduction of Tumbling and Falling out of Bed

目的探讨预见性护理干预在减少患儿跌倒及坠床中的应用效果。方法选取我院儿科2016年1月至2016年12月收治的170患儿作为对照组,给予儿科常规护理,另将2017年1月至2017年12月收治的180例患儿作为观察组,行预见性护理干预。对比两组患儿的跌倒、坠床事件发生率,患儿家长对跌倒、坠床知识的掌握程度以及护理满意度。结果观察组的跌倒、坠床发生率分别为0.56%、 0.00%,均明显低于对照组的5.29%、 4.12%(P <0.05)。观察组家长对跌倒、坠床知识掌握程度总分为(88.42±7.99)分,明显高于对照组的(70.52±9.38)分(P <0.05)。观察组家长的护理满意度为98.33%,明显高于对照组的88.82%(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理干预在减少住院患儿跌倒、坠床中的应用效果显著,可有效减少跌倒、坠床等不良事件,确保患儿住院安全,提高患儿家长的护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the application effect of predictive nursing intervention in the reduction of tumbling and falling out of bed. Methods 170 cases of children admitted to our department of pediatrics from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group and given pediatric routine nursing, and 180 cases of children from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group and given predictive nursing intervention. The incidences of tumbling and falling out of bed, family mastery degree to knowledge of tumbling and falling out of bed, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of tumbling and falling out of bed of the observation group were respectively 0.56% and 0.00%, significantly lower than 5.29%and 4.12% of the control group(P<0.05). The total score of family mastery degree to knowledge of tumbling and falling out of bed in the observation group was(88.42 ± 7.99) points, significantly higher than(70.52 ± 9.38) points in the control group(P<0.05). The family nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.33%, significantly higher than 88.82% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing intervention in the reduction of tumbling and falling out of bed has significant effect, can effectively reduce the tumbling and falling out of bed, keep the children’s safety, and improve the family nursing satisfaction degree, with the promotion value.
