绿色护理通道对异位妊娠合并内出血急诊手术患者应激反应的影响

Influence of Green Nursing Channel on Stress Response of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy Complicated with Internal Hemorrhage Emergency Surgery

目的探讨绿色护理通道对异位妊娠合并内出血急诊手术患者应激反应的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月我院收治的异位妊娠合并内出血患者60例,随机分为干预组(绿色护理通道, 30例)和常规组(基础护理, 30例),比较两组患者的生长激素、 CRP、 FPG、皮质醇水平及护理满意度。结果干预组的生长激素、 CRP、 FPG、皮质醇水平均显著低于常规组(P <0.05)。干预组的护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于常规组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论在异位妊娠合并内出血急诊手术患者中实施绿色护理通道,能够显著减轻患者的术中应激反应,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of green nursing channel on stress response in patients with ectopic pregnancy complicated with internal hemorrhage emergency surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy complicated with internal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(green nursing channel, 30 cases) and routine group(basic nursing, 30 cases). The growth hormone, CRP, FPG and cortisol levels and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The growth hormone, CRP, FPG and cortisol levels of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the intervention group was96.67%, significantly higher than 80.00% of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusions Green nursing channel for patients with ectopic pregnancy complicated with internal hemorrhage emergency surgery can significantly relieve the intraoperative stress response and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
