盆腔器官脱垂患者多元化健康教育效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Multiple Healthy Education in Patients with Pelvic Organ Prolapse

目的探讨多元化健康教育对盆腔器官脱垂患者负性情绪和自我感受负担的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院产科收治的80例盆腔器官脱垂患者,随机分为多元化组(接受多元化健康教育)和常规组(接受常规宣教)各40例。对比分析两组患者的负性情绪和自我感受负担。结果基线时,两组患者的SAS、 SDS、经济负担、情感负担、身体负担评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预3个月后,两组患者的SAS、 SDS、经济负担、情感负担、身体负担评分均明显优于基线时,且多元化组的SAS、 SDS、经济负担、情感负担、身体负担评分均明显优于常规组(P均<0.05)。结论对盆腔器官脱垂患者进行多元化健康教育能够显著减轻其负性情绪和自我感受负担,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of the multiple healthy education on negative emotion and self-perceived burden of patients with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to our obstetrics department from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into multiple group(receiving multiple healthy education) and routine group(receiving routine education). The negative emotion and self-perceived burden were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results At baseline time, no statistical difference was found in the SAS, SDS, financial burden, emotional burden and physical burden scores between the two groups(P>0.05). 3 months after intervention, the SAS, SDS, financial burden, emotional burden and physical burden scores of the two groups were significantly better than those at baseline time, and the SAS, SDS, financial burden, emotional burden and physical burden scores of the multiple group were significantly better than those of the routine group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Multiple healthy education in patients with pelvic organ prolapse can significantly relieve the negative emotion and selfperceived burden, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
