摘要
高等学校学生的法治教育从上个世纪九十年代末开始逐步成为各校蓬勃发展的重要课程,法学教育成为一门显学。但是,高校学生的法治教育也呈现出现诸多问题,在新的时代对高校学生的法治教育需要深刻检讨和深入反思,对高校学生法治教育的特性、思路、定位以及方式方法等等都需要完善和优化,高校学生法治教育的运行机制和课程结构需要补充,这是直接影响到高等学校学生法治教育的实际成效和发展未来的关键性的理论与现实问题。
The law education for college students has become an important course for universities’ vigorous development since the late 1990s.However,the cours has appeared with lots of problems,which need a deep self-criticism and reflection.That is,the features,thinking,location and ways of the course need to be perfected and optimized,and its operating mechanism and the structure also need to be supplemented,which directly influences the practical effects of the course and the theoretical and practical problems of its future development.
