定君生配伍朗依治疗念珠性阴道炎的效果观察

Therapeutic Effect of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use Combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules on Candidal Vaginitis

目的:观察定君生配伍朗依治疗念珠性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月笔者所在医院门诊收治的120例念珠性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为配伍组和单药组,每组60例。配伍组采用定君生辅助朗依治疗,单药组仅用朗依治疗。治疗后对比两组患者的治疗效果;并进行3个月随访,观察患者的复发情况。结果:配伍组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),优于单药组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);配伍组、单药组复发率分别为5.00%(3/60)、38.33%(23/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定君生配伍朗依治疗念珠菌阴道炎,可消除念珠菌的同时注重调整阴道菌群及微生态环境,提高有效率,防止复发,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Method:A total of 120 patients with candidal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into compatibility group and single drug group,60 cases in each group.The compatibility group was treated with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use and Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules,while the single drug group was treated with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules only.After treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the recurrence of the patients was followed up for 3 months.Result:The total effective rate of the compatibility group was 96.67%(58/60) better than that of the single drug group 83.33%(50/60),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the compatibility group and the single drug group were 5.00%(3/60) and 38.33%(23/60),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules can eliminate candida,adjust vaginal flora and micro-ecological environment,improve the efficiency and prevent recurrence.It has important clinical significance.
