摘要
目的:探究脑梗死患者CT与MRI诊断价值及对准确率的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的脑梗死患者61例进行试验分析,全部患者均行CT及MRI诊断,对比两种诊断方式的诊断准确率、不同时间段两种诊断方式诊断准确率。结果:MRI诊断腔隙性脑梗死、缺血性脑梗死、出血性脑梗死诊断准确率均显著高于CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者发病时间12 h内,MRI脑梗死诊断准确相对于CT更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI在脑梗死疾病诊断中具有较高的应用价值,具有较高的诊断准确率,并能够对脑梗死疾病进行早期诊断,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on accuracy.Method:61 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for experimental analysis.All the patients received CT and MRI diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of the two diagnostic methods was compared between different time periods.Result:MRI diagnosis of lacunar infarction,ischemic cerebral infarction,hemorrhagic infarction was significantly more accurate than CT diagnosis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Within 12 hours of onset,MRI diagnosis of cerebral infarction was more accurate and better,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has high application value in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction disease,high diagnostic accuracy rate,and can make early diagnosis of cerebral infarction disease.
