家庭康复护理对小儿脑瘫的康复影响

Effect of Family Rehabilitation Nursing on Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy in Children

目的:探讨家庭康复护理对小儿脑瘫的康复影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年2月笔者所在医院收治的120例小儿脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,通过随机分组,将脑瘫高危儿分为康复机构干预组(对照组)和家庭干预组(观察组),分别给予在康复机构内干预和家庭康复护理干预,6个月后进行Gesell发育量表评分,比较两组干预的效果。结果:观察组患儿的临床效果明显高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿适应行为、大运动行为、精细运动行为、语言行为及个人-社交行为等康复评分明显低于观察组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复护理干预在小儿脑瘫患儿中具有较好的应用效果,有助于提高患儿肢体功能水平,具有经济优惠的优势,能够减轻家庭负担。

Objective:To explore the effect of family rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in children.Method:120 children with cerebral palsy were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as observation objects.The children at high risk of cerebral palsy were divided into rehabilitation intervention group(control group) and family intervention group(observation group) by random grouping.They were given intervention in rehabilitation institutions and family rehabilitation nursing intervention respectively.After 6 months,the Gesell development scale was used to compare the effect of intervention between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the rehabilitation scores of adaptive behavior,large motor behavior,fine motor behavior,language behavior and individual social behavior were significantly lower than those of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family rehabilitation nursing intervention in children with cerebral palsy has a good application effect,helps to improve the level of children's limb function,and has economic advantages,can reduce the burden on the family.
