高职教师信息化教学能力的分层化发展与差别化提升 被引量:7

摘要 在国家大力倡导教育信息化的时代,高职教师信息化教学能力的发展存在不平衡情况。分析高职教师信息化教学开展现状,根据信息化教学的含义,结合新媒体时代的技术手段,提出高职教师数字化教学资源制作能力、信息化课堂教学能力、信息化教学设计能力的分层化发展目标。并从开展信息化教学课堂实践、加强信息化教学理论学习、提高信息化教学认知水平等方面,制定高职教师信息化教学能力的差别化提升策略。 In the era of vigorously advocating education informationization in China, the development of higher vocational teachers' informationized teaching ability has long been uneven. Analyzing the present situation of informationized teaching of higher vocational teachers, according to the meaning of informationized teaching and combining with the technical means in the new media era, this paper puts forward the layered development goals of digital teaching resources production ability, informationized classroom teaching ability and informationized teaching design ability for higher vocational teachers. And differentiated promoting strategies of informationized teaching ability of higher vocational teachers are formulated from the development of information-based teaching classroom practice, strengthening the theory learning of information-based teaching, and improvement of the level of information-based teaching cognition, etc.
