改革开放40周年质量保障体系的作用变迁与展望——基于学生在质量保障体系中的作用

改革开放40年来,我国高等教育取得了巨大成就:高等教育在学规模世界第一,高等教育质量不断增强,高等教育体制改革卓有成效,高等教育国际化水平持续提升。学生作为教学活动主体,在高等教育内部质量保障中也经历了的巨大变迁:角色从一元到多元,评价从单一到多维,管理从被动参与到共同治理,质量保障关注点由高校自身到学生发展。展望未来,我们要继续挖掘和发挥学生的重要作用,提高学生对高等教育的忠诚度,促进高等教育学生参与,提高高等教育治理水平。

China's 40 years of reform and opening-up have made great achievements in higher education:higher education scale is the largest in the world, the quality of higher education is constantly strengthened, the institutional reform of higher education has been fruitful, and the internationalization level of higher education continues to improve. As the main body of teaching activities, students have also experienced great changes in the internal quality assurance of education:roles range from one to many,evaluation goes from single to multi- dimensional, management goes from passive to public governance, and quality assurance concerns are from the university itself to student development. Looking ahead, we should continue to explore and play the important role of students, improve their loyalty to higher education, promote students participation in higher education and improve the governance level of higher education.
