摘要
针对废旧放射源运输安全的特殊要求,本文介绍了自主开发的收贮车辆安全技术防范系统的功能需求、设计原则、基本架构,以及开发的软件系统。通过多年应用,系统实现了对运输过程中的有效跟踪、实时监控、在线辐射监测、及时预警、信息共享,还可用于废旧放射源事故应急搜寻,满足复杂情况下的机动灵活应用。本文还对防范系统的主要组成、各子系统的设置要求和性能要求提出了建议,以规范废旧放射源运输车辆防范系统建设。
Aiming at the special requirements of transportation safety of waste radioactive sources, this paper introduces in detail the functional requirements, design principles, basic structure and software system of the safety technology prevention system for transport vehicles. Through many years of application practice, the system has realized effective tracking, real-time monitoring, on-line radiation monitoring , timely warning and information sharing in the transportation process, and can also be used for emergency search of waste radioactive sources accidents to meet the needs of flexible application in complex situations. This paper also puts forward some suggestions on the main components of the technical defense system, the setting requirements and performance requirements of each subsystem, in order to standardize the construction of the technical defense system of the waste radioactive source transport vehicles.
