腹膜炎是腹膜透析(PD)最常见和最严重的并发症之一,也是引起技术失败的重要原因。其致病菌大多数为革兰阳性菌,分枝杆菌及真菌等非典型致病菌发病率低,但诊断困难,病死率高,预后差。本文综述了由非典型致病菌引起的PD相关性腹膜炎诊断、治疗及预后。

Peritoneal dialysis(PD) related peritonitis remains to be one of the most frequent and serious complications of PD,and an important reason of technological failure.The most common micro-organisms responsible for peritonitis are gram-positive bacteria,and the incidence of atypical pathogenic bacteria such as mycobacteria and fungi is low,but the diagnosis is difficult,the mortality is high,and the prognosis is poor.This article reviews the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of PD-associated peritonitis caused by atypical pathogens.
