摘要
为了解目前北京地区奶牛场球虫感染情况,采集北京地区30个奶牛场的粪样进行球虫感染率及虫种调查。采用饱和食盐水漂浮法对粪样进行定性分析,采用改良麦克马斯特计数法对阳性粪样中的球虫卵囊进行计数分析。结果显示:30个牛场均存在球虫感染,牛场阳性率为100%;牛群的平均感染率为23.88%,平均感染强度(Oocysts per gramme,OPG)值为549;2~6月龄犊牛感染率最高,达38.25%;优势种为牛艾美耳球虫、邱氏艾美耳球虫与椭圆艾美耳球虫。
In order to investigate the current prevalence of coccidiosis in cows in parts of Beijing, faeces were collected in 30 different scale cow farms in Beijing. The oocysts of coccidian were detected using Macmaster’smethod.The results showed that the average infection rate was 23.88% and the OPG(oocysts per gramme,OPG) was 549. Calves with the highest infection rate was from 2-6 month old. The dominant species were Eimeria bovis Eimeria zuerni and Eimeria ellipsoidalli.
