食源性单增李斯特菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了了解常规送检食物中单增李斯特菌的污染现况和分离株的药物敏感性,对2014年新疆生产建设兵团8个师常规送检的727份食品应用国标法进行细菌分离鉴定,采用Kirby-Bauer(K-B)纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验。结果显示,从727份食品样品中分离出24株细菌,经革兰染色,培养特性和生化特性鉴定为单增李斯特菌。食品单增李斯特菌总检出率为3.3%,其中调理肉制品检出率最高,达17.77%,其次是冷冻鱼糜制品,检出率为4.95%。药敏试验表明, 24株单增李斯特菌对青霉素和环丙沙星耐药;大部分菌株对亚胺培南、强力霉素、万古霉素和庆大霉素敏感。表明送检食品不同程度受到单增李斯特菌的污染,食源性分离菌株出现多重耐药现象,提示食品安全不容忽视。 To investigate the contamination of Listeria monocytogenes in conventional food samples and drug sensitivity of bacterial isolates.Bacteria were isolated and identified by using the national standard method from 727 food samples sent by 8 divisions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2014. Drug sensitivity were performed by the Kirby-Bauer(K-B) method.The results showed that 24 Listeria monocytogenes strains were isolated from 727 food samples and identified by Gram stain, culture and biochemical characteristics. The total detection rate of Listeria monocytogenes was 3.3% in food, of which the highest detection rate was 17.77% from prepared meat products, followed by 4.95% from frozen surimi products. Drug sensitivity tests showed that 24 Listeria monocytogenes strains were resistant to penicillin and ciprofloxacin, and most of them were sensitive to imipenem, doxycycline, vancomycin and gentamicin.Food samples are contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes in different degrees, and foodborne Listeria monocytogenes isolates appear to have multidrug resistance, suggesting that food safety should not be neglected.
