原发性肺癌,又称原发性支气管肺癌,简称肺癌,是起源于支气管黏膜上皮及肺泡的恶性肿瘤。随着全球范围内发病率和死亡率不断上升,给人类的身心健康带来极大的危害。据2014年我国国家癌症中心统计,我国肺癌发病率和死亡率均居首位,且5年生存率仅为16%左右[1],具有发病隐匿,早期症状不明显,极易发生转移,晚期存活率低,生活质量差等特点。近年来,肺癌的诊断和治疗得到了迅猛的发展。特别是迈入精准外科时代以来,肺癌治疗理念和思维模式日益更新,治疗方案由单一的外科手术切除转变为多个学科、多种方法综合治疗,对改善患者生活质量,延长患者生存期起到很大的作用,同时给晚期肿瘤患者带来了新的希望。新辅助化疗,正是在这样的大背景下,顺应临床诊疗实践和新型化疗药物不断更新的发展潮流应运而生,给肺癌患者的治疗提供了更多的选择和机遇。本文对肺癌新辅助化疗的相关研究进行综述。
