相变蓄能墙体的应用及推广研究

摘要 相变蓄能墙体相比于普通建筑墙体,可通过吸收自然环境中的太阳辐射能量、自然冷量及热量并适时放出,从而降低空调制冷或供暖能耗,从建筑本体出发使建筑达到低能耗水平。对相变墙体在建筑节能中的效果进行了总结,并从材料性能、设计及工程应用的角度分析了该技术的研究进展及存在的问题。分析得出,相变蓄能墙体已能够达到应用水平,但要达到大规模应用的程度,技术上和经济上的一些问题有待解决。 PCM walls can abstract the solar energy, natural cooling, and natural heatand release the energy in proper period, then the cooling or heating energy consumption can be reduced and the building energy can be very low. The energy conservation effects of the PCM walls in buildings are summarized, and the research progress and existing problems in the view of materials, design methods, and application in engineering are analyzed. The technology can be applied effectively in engineering now. But some technical and economic problems must be solved for the popularization.
