摘要
开发企业是绿色建筑的核心实施主体。对市场经济中绿色建筑开发主体决策动力和阻力因素的研究对了解绿色建筑开发微观决策机制和演进规律,改进绿色建筑政策制定具有重要意义。研究基于绿色建筑的本质内涵和绿色建筑开发的决策特征和活动特征,从理论上分析了开发企业从事绿色建筑开发的内生动力和阻力框架及作用机制,建立了绿色建筑开发动力/阻力机制模型。研究指出:绿色建筑开发是复杂系统内部主体的自适应性选择,绿色建筑价值的先进性决定了绿色建筑开发不仅具有内生阻力也具有内在动力,而且动力和阻力构成具有多维性、差异性、动态性和层次性等特点;外部动力通过转化为开发竞争力和价值驱动力起作用。
Green building developers play a core role of green building implementation. Studies on the driving and dragging force of green building development in market economy have great theoretical and practical significance of knowing green building decision-making mechanism and improving policy-making. Based on essential connotation of green building development, characteristics of green building decision-making and activities, this paper theoretically and systematically analyzes on the characteristics of self-organizational driving and dragging force and its mechanism of green development. A model driving and dragging force of green building development is initially established. The result shows green building development is a self-organizational adaptive selection of market agents. Developers are faced with both driving and dragging force of green development, which is multi-dimensional, hierarchical, variant and dynamical. Extrinsic factors work through being transferred into competitive power of development or value-driving forces.
