祛风活血汤治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of expelling wind and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment of iris ciliary body inflammation after cataract surgery

目的:研究祛风活血汤治疗白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎的临床效果。方法:选取2012年于本院行白内障手术后出现虹膜睫状体炎的98例患者作为研究对象,将其依照随机分组原则分为观察组与对照组,各49例,对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者则在对照组患者的基础上增加祛风活血汤进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者采用祛风活血汤进行治疗后,治疗效果相比对照组有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障术后虹膜睫状体炎患者的临床治疗中采用祛风活血汤来进行治疗,可以有效地提高患者的治疗效果,帮助患者有效地调理身体。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of expelling wind and Activating Blood Decoction in the treatment of iris ciliary body inflammation after cataract surgery.Methods:98 cases of iriria ciliary body inflammation after cataract surgery in our hospital in 2012 were selected as the research object and divided into 49 cases in the observation group and the control group according to the principle of random grouping.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the decoction of removing wind and activating blood on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment effect of Qufeng Huoxue Decoction in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of the patients with iris ciliary body inflammation after cataract surgery,it is effective to improve the curative effect of the patients and help the patients to adjust the body effectively.It is worth applying in clinical practice.
