围术期质量控制模式在医务管理部门应用探讨——以“FMEA法提升麻醉术前访视质量”为例

目的探讨综合医院围术期质量控制模式在医疗质量管理中的应用。方法以"规范术前评估—提升麻醉术前访视质量"为例,运用管理工具,实施系统、有效、全方位、全过程的质量改进。结果改进2个月后,有效访视成功率提升,访视质量提高,术后并发症发生率降低。结论以问题为导向,按照项目实施管理是提升质量的前提;以管理工具为方法,精细化、注重环节管理是提升质量的保障;创新求变,数据管理是提升内涵质量的有效途径。

Objective This paper will discuss the applications in the medical quality management of the quality control model during the perioperative period in the general hospitals. Methods We took regulating preoperative evaluation-improving the quality of pre-anaesthetic visits as example, utilized the administrative tools to make a systematic, effective, all-round improvement of quality in the whole process. Results Two months after the improvement, both the rate of effective visits and the quality of the visits increased while the postoperative complication rate reduced. Conclusion We think that problem orientation and implementing management according to the project were the premises of improving the quality, utilizing the administrative tools as the method and focusing on all links of management with details were the guarantees of improving quality, innovation and data administration were the effective approaches to improving connotative quality.
