青岛历史文化街区改建旅馆对街区活力的贡献度研究

Research on the Renovated Hotels in Historic Districts and Their Contribution to the Vitality of Historic and Cultural Districts, Qingdao

历史文化街区内城市文化遗产的活化再利用,对于历史文化街区的复兴和城市遗产旅游的发展具有重要现实意义。文章以青岛历史文化街区内的老建筑改建旅馆为研究对象,借助ArcG IS和GeoD a软件,采用核密度分布分析和双变量空间自相关分析等方法,结合现场问卷调查,分析评价现有改建旅馆的空间分布特征,以及对提升历史文化街区物质空间活力和社区凝聚力的贡献度,提出对现有改建旅馆进一步发展的优化建议,以期为历史文化街区的活力提升及文化遗产资源的活化利用提供借鉴。

Reuse of cultural heritage is signi ficant to the revival of historical district and urban tourism. With renovated hotels in historical district of Qingdao as study cases, the paper uses ArcGIS and GecoDa software, nuclear density distribution and dual variable spatial auto-correlation analysis methods, evaluates spatial distribution of existing renovated hotels, and their contribution in enhancing the vitality of physical space and community cohesion of the historic district. The paper finally puts forwards improvement suggestions of renovated hotels.
