摘要
问答系统是一种高级的信息检索技术,相对于搜索引擎,问答系统追求的是准确地理解用户使用自然语言提出的问题。由于问答系统的复杂性,需要使用多种自然语言处理技术,主要技术包括命名实体识别、实体链接、知识库。问答系统可以使用命名实体识别检测出问题中的实体词,再利用实体链接查找到知识库中的对应实体,通过实体可以得到问题的答案。实验结果表明,基于知识库的问答系统可以有效地解决单关系的事实型问题。
Question Answering System is an advanced information retrieval technology. Compared with the search engine, the Question Answering System pursues an accurate understanding of the problems raised by users using natural language. Due to the complexity of the question and answer system, a variety of natural language processing techniques are required, such as named entity recognition, entity linking, and knowledge base. Question Answering System can use named entity recognition to detect the entity words in the question, and then use entity links to find the corresponding entity in the knowledge base, through which the entity can get the answer to the question. The experimental results show that the Question Answering System based on knowledge base can effectively solve the factoid problem of single relationship.
