基于组合编码的变截面涡旋型线研究 被引量:1

摘要 在传统的变截面组合型线研究中,中间部分的型线仅仅是由高次曲线的前四项构造而成,这在很大程度上限制了高次曲线的种类,为此提出了以高次曲线的前五项作为研究对象,通过对高次曲线的系数进行组合编码,得到了5种编码序列的高次曲线。利用所建立的变截面齿厚计算模型,研究了不同系数对变截面涡旋型线齿厚变化规律的影响,与此同时,又引入了吸气腔容积、压缩比和高次曲线的泄漏线长度3个性能指标,对5种编码序列的高次曲线作了性能分析。研究表明:高次曲线的系数越靠前,对涡旋压缩机的齿厚及其性能的影响越大,其中编码序列为C_(0123)的高次曲线有最大的吸气容积和压缩比,同时其泄漏线长度也最长。该研究丰富了现有高次曲线的种类,也为高次曲线的优选提供了一种新的方法和思路。 In the traditional research of variable cross-section combination profile,the profile of the middle part is only composed of the first four items of the high-order curve,which restricts the types of high-order curve to a large extent. For this reason,it was proposed to use the first five items of the high-order curve as the research object to encode the coefficients of high-order curve, and the high-order curves of five coding sequences were obtained. The effect of different coefficients on the change law of tooth thickness of variable cross-section scroll profile was investigated using the tooth thickness calculation model of variable cross- section. At the same time,three performance indexes,namely,suction chamber volume,compression ratio and leakage line length of the high-order curve were introduced,and the performance of high-order curve with five coding sequences was analyzed.The research shows that the higher the coefficient of the high-order curve,the greater the influence on the tooth thickness of scroll compressor and its performance.The high-order curve with coding sequence C 0123 has the maximum suction volume,maximum compression ratio and the longest leakage line length. This investigation enriches the types of the existing high-order curves and provides a new method and idea for the optimization of high-order curve.
