摘要
通过调整正硅酸乙酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷和二月桂酸二丁基锡加入量制得清洗液和固药胶,比较了不同配比对清洗液凝胶时间和固药胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,在苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷与正硅酸乙酯质量比为1∶5时,且催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡占清洗液质量分数为0.8%时,清洗液凝胶时间最短,能够满足固药实际工艺要求,水解生成的纳米二氧化硅的粒径和数量能够发挥最大效能,起到很好的增强增韧效果,制备的固药胶粘接力为最大,能够对固药盒进行有效粘接。
The cleaning solution and fixing powder adhesive were preprared by adjusting the addition amount of ethyl orthosilicate, aniline methyl triethoxysilane and dibutyltin dilaurate,the gel ratios of the different ratios to the cleaning solution and the effect of adhesive properties of fixing powder adhesive were compared. The results show that when the mass ratio of aniline methyl triethoxysilane to ethyl orthosilicate is 1∶5,and when the mass fraction of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate in the cleaning solution is 0.8%,the gel time of the cleaning solution is the shortest,which can meet the actual fixing powder process requirements,the particle size and quantity of the hydrolyzed nano-silica can effect its strengthening and toughening furthest,and the prepared fixing powder adhesive has the largest adhesive force,which can effectively bond the fixing powder box.
