碳纤维增强EP复合材料汽车引擎盖切割加工工艺

摘要 主要对碳纤维增强环氧树脂(EP)汽车引擎盖的切割加工工艺进行了探究。以超高压水切割机加工汽车引擎盖,研究了悬空高度、切缝宽度对切割质量的影响,同时分析了加工尺寸精度、表面质量控制对产品质量的影响。结果表明,随悬空高度从5mm增大到40mm,切缝宽度从0.9mm增大到4.5mm,切缝处两侧母材发白,受损范围从0mm增大到3mm。在加工过程中,碳纤维增强EP复合材料的引擎盖厚度较薄容易变形,在机床台面加垫一层软质保护材料可提高成品的表面质量,严格控制加工过程提高了引擎盖的质量,达到用户的要求。 The cutting process technology of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite automotive engine cover was ex- plored. The effect of suspension height,width of the cutting seam on cutting quality of carbon fiber engine cover machined by ultra- high pressure water cutting machine was studied,and the effects of dimension accuracy and surface quality control on product qual- ity were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the suspension height from 5 mm to 40 mm,the width of the cutting seam from 0.9 mm to 4.5 mm,the base material on both sides of the cutting seam becomes white,and the damage range increases from 0 mm to 3 mm. Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite engine cover is thin and easy to deform in the process of pro- cessing. Adding a layer of soft protective material on the machine tool table can improve the surface quality of finished products,and strictly controlling the processing process can improve the engine cover quality, achieves use’s requirements.
