摘要
笔尖模具脱螺纹动作会对产品内螺纹和定位筋结构造成损坏。基于定位筋和内螺纹的模具关系分析,通过作图法找到重叠区域,建立了定位筋与内螺纹的高度模型。进一步基于脱螺纹扭矩的计算,建立了定位筋的止转强度计算模型。两者构成笔尖产品内部定位筋和内螺纹结构设计模型。生产实践证明,按此模型对笔尖定位筋和内螺纹结构进行校核,能有效避免模具脱螺纹动作带来的产品质量问题。
The demolding action of the pen tip injection mold would cause damage to the internal thread and RIB structure of the part. Based on the analysis of the mold relationship between the internal thread and RIB,the overlapping area was found by drawing method,and the height model between the RIB and the inner thread was established. Furthermore,dethread torque and the RIB shear strength models were built. The RIB height model and shear strength model constitute the pen tip structure design. The product quality problems caused by the demolding action could be effectively avoid after checking the pen tip structure by using the proposed method.
