不同增容剂对PE-HD/竹粉复合材料的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对竹塑复合材料相容性差,填料不易扩散的问题,采用模压成型法制备高密度聚乙烯/竹粉(PE-HD/竹粉)复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、旋转流变仪等方式分析了硅烷偶联剂(WD50)、树状聚合物(PAMAM)、乙烯–甲基丙烯酸甲酯(EMMA)不同增容剂对PE-HD/竹粉复合材料形态结构、力学性能以及流变特性的影响。研究结果表明,随着增容剂含量的增加,不同增容剂增容的PE-HD/竹粉复合材料拉伸强度和冲击强度呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,PAMAM增容剂较EMMA和WD50对PE-HD/竹粉复合材料的力学性能提高明显,且PAMAM处理后的试样中竹粉很好地被PE-HD树脂完全包裹,有效地提高了PE-HD/竹粉相交界面处的粘结力;不同增容剂处理后的基体材料储能模量呈现下降趋势,PAMAM处理的PE-HD/竹粉复合材料对竹粉界面改性作用优于WD50和EMMA两种增容剂,当竹粉质量分数大于50%时,PAMAM的三维球状结构更有利于竹粉在基体的分散作用,实现了竹粉粒子与PE-HD分子链的降黏效果。 Aiming at the poor compatibility of bamboo-plastic composites and the difficulty of fillers diffusion,high density polyethylene(PE-HD)/bamboo powder composites were prepared by molding. Effects of different compatibilizers include silane coupling agent (WD50),ethylene-methyl methacrylate (EMMA),resinous polymer (PAMAM) on morphology,mechanical properties and rheological properties of PE-HD/bamboo powder composites were analyzed by means of SEM scanning electron microscope and rotary rheometer. The results show that with the increase of compatibilizer content, the tensile strength and impact strength of PE-HD/bamboo powder composites with different compatibilizers increase first and then decrease. The mechanical properties of PE-HD/bamboo powder composite are improved most obviously by PAMAM compatibilizer compared with EMMA and WD50. The sample by PAMAM treated,bamboo powder is well wrapped by PE-HD resin,which effectively improves the bonding force at the interface between PE-HD and bamboo powder. The storage modulus of the matrix material after different compatibilizers treatment show a downward trend. The modified effect of PE-HD/bamboo powder composite treated by PAMAM on bamboo powder interface is better than that of WD50 and EMMA. When the bamboo powder mass fraction is more than 50%,PAMAM’s bamboo powder interfacial modification effect is better than that of WD50 and EMMA.Three-dimensional spherical structure is more favorable to the dispersion of bamboo powder in the matrix. The viscosity reduction effect of bamboo powder particle and PE-HD molecular chain is realized.
