摘要
在"以塑代钢"的轻量化需求的背景下,对金属制仪表板横梁总成进行塑料代替设计。依据塑料的成型工艺要求对仪表板横梁总成进行整体设计,使其实现一体化的目标。为了满足制造工艺需求及各项性能试验需求,文章基于Moldflow软件和分子扩散理论,建立塑料仪表板横梁的有限元模型,确定材料并分析影响其性能的重要指标熔接痕的强度,在零件设计、模具、工艺等各方面对其进行优化设计。最后通过实际注塑生产零件,通过震动耐久试验和气囊爆破试验,验证了塑料仪表板横梁的结构设计和制造工艺的有效性,具有一定的实践指导意义。
In the background of molded steel light-quantified demand,the metal panel assembly is replaced by plastic design. The panel beam assembly is designed based on the molding process requirements of the plastic to achieve the goal of integration. In order to meet the requirements of manufacturing process and performance test performance,the finite element model of plastic instrument panel cross member is established in this paper based on the theory of mold-flow and molecular diffusion. The material is determined and analyzed by the strength of the melt-joint of the important index. Finally,through the actual injection molding parts,the vibration endurance test and air blasting test,the dashboard plastic beam structure design is verified to be effective and has a certain practical guiding significance.
