奥洛他定联合氟米龙与奥洛他定单独治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效比较

Comparison of the effect of olopatadine combined with fluoromethane versus olopatadine alone in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

目的:比较盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液与单独应用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:收治常年性和季节性过敏性结膜炎患者200例,分为两组。试验组用盐酸奥洛他定联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗,对照组单独使用盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,对比两组的总有效率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率97%,对照组91%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。结论:盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合氟米龙滴眼液,能较快、有效消除常年性和季节性过敏性结膜炎患者的各项临床症状和体征,效果佳,短期内未见严重不良反应。

Objective:To decide the better treatment for allergic conjunctivitis between olopatadine combined with fluoromethane versus olopatadine alone.Methods:200 patients with perennial and seasonal allergic conjunctivitis were enrolled and divided into the two groups,the case group was treated with olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with fluoromethane eye drops.The control group was treated with olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops alone at the same period,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the case group(97%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(91%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.036).Conclusion:Olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with fluorometholone eye drops can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms and signs of perennial and seasonal allergic conjunctivitis,with good results,no serious adverse reactions in the short term.
