综合性护理干预对腹腔镜下胃癌手术患者术中低体温的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery

目的:探讨腹腔镜胃癌手术中低体温护理在手术室护理中的临床效果。方法:收治腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者68例,随机分为两组各34例。两组均给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施基础上给予更规范、细致、全面、针对的手术室护理,对两组患者入室(入室后10 min)、术中(手术30 min)、术毕(放气后5 min)体温(T)及术后麻醉苏醒时间、苏醒后寒战等发生情况进行分别的检测和记录,统计护理满意度。结果:观察组患者低温、寒战发生率低于对照组;观察组患者术后麻醉苏醒时间小于对照组;观察组患者术中及术毕体温均高于对照组;护理后,观察组患者护理总满意度94.1%,显著高于对照组的79.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将低体温护理应用到腹腔镜胃癌手术患者的手术室护理中能够有效避免患者发生低体温,提高手术效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of low body temperature nursing during laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery in operating room.Methods:68 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while patients in the observation group were given more comprehensive,standardized,meticulous and targeted operating room on the basis of the above nursing measures.The temperature(T)of patients after entering the room(10 minutes after entering the room),during the operation(30 minutes after operation),after the operation(5 minutes after ventilation),and the recovery time of anesthesia and shivering after awakening in the two groups were measured and recorded respectively.The nursing satisfaction was counted. Results:The incidence of hypothermia and chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The recovery time of anesthesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The body temperature of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group during and after operation.After nursing,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 94.1%,which was significantly higher than 79.4% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of hypothermia nursing in the operation room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery can effectively avoid the occurrence of hypothermia and improve the effect of operation.
