基本药物制度在专科医院实施现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures of the essential drug system in specialized subject hospital

目的:研究专科医院在落实基本药物制度过程中存在的问题,探讨优先配备使用基本药物的可行性做法。方法:2017年1-12月回顾分析本院His系统基本药物数据统计报表,分析品种配备数、使用金额占比变化情况。结果:品种配备数量,使用金额占比在多措并举下,可上升至一定比例,但有瓶颈限制。结论:专科医院应坚持基本药物优先配备使用,利用药物经济学等手段,多措并举,逐步实现临床用药必需、有效、价廉。

Objective:To study the problems existing in the implementation of essential drug system in specialized hospitals,and to explore the feasibility of giving priority to the use of essential drugs.Methods:We made a review and analysis of the essential drug data statistics of His system from January to December 2017.The variation of the number and the proportion of the use amount was analyzed.Results:The number of varieties allocated and the proportion of usage amount can be increased to a certain ratio under multiple measures,but there are bottlenecks.Conclusion:Specialized subject hospitals should insist on the use of essential drugs first,and take advantage of the methods such as pharmacoeconomics,so as to gradually realize the necessary, effective and cheap clinical medicine.
