摘要
运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法,对2018年世界竞技健美操锦标赛女子单人操项目难度动作的竞争态势进行研究,结果表明:女子单人操项目更倾向于难度组别的全面运用;高难度、高分值的难度是女单运动员追求的方向;在难度空间转换的选择上更倾向于复杂化、均衡化和合理化。
By using the methods of document, video observation, and statistics, this article analyzes the competitive situation of the woman solo difficult movement in competitive aerobics of 2018 World Championship, and gets the results that the woman solo event tends to all high difficult group, high difficulty and value are trend of woman solo chasing;and the choice of difficulty transition tends to the complication, equalization and rationalization.
