2017版篮球规则修改特点及对篮球技战术发展的影响

About the characteristics of 2017 basketball rules' modification and the effect on the development of its techniques and tactics

运用文献资料法、录像观察法,对2017版篮球规则修改特点及对篮球技战术发展的影响进行研究,结果表明:2017版篮球规则进一步向美国职业篮球联赛(NBA)规则靠拢,对带球走的判罚更加宽松,对攻防转换阶段防守犯规的判罚更加严格,修改后的篮球规则更加明确具体;对带球走规则的新表述,将使进攻组合技术朝着技巧性和多样化方向发展,快攻和阵地移动进攻时的传接球更加轻松流畅;对违反体育道德犯规的新表述,将会使攻防转换阶段的防守更加积极合理,这会促使防守球员提高在高负荷强度下运用防守技术的能力。

By using the methods of document, video observation, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the characteristics of 2017 Basketball Rules’modification and the effect on the development of its techniques and tactics, and gets the results that the 2017 basketball rules’modification are closer to the NBA and more explicit in looser for travelling and stricter for defense during transition between attack and defense, in which the wording of travelling rule will make the attack combination techniques more diversified and skillful;the passing during the quick and mobile attack tactics will be easier and smoother;the wording of unsportsmanlike foul will make the defense of transition phase more positive and reasonable, and encourage defenses to improve their ability to apply techniques at high intensity loads.
