生物科学专业水环境生态修复特色人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Developing Mode for Qualified Personnel Characterized by Aquatic Ecological Restoration in Biological Science

水环境生态修复是近年来生物科学新发展的一个分支,也是建设社会主义生态文明的重要组成部分。为顺应社会发展,满足社会对水环境生态修复特色人才的需要,上海海洋大学建设了生物科学专业水环境生态修复特色方向,以传承本校近六十年在水生生物学科上的发展。我们从设置特色课程、优化培养方案、依托工程项目、强化实践教学、行业专家领衔、打造强大教学团队、完善培养体系、注重创新能力等方面入手,取得了一系列建设效果,教学效果显著提高,学生素质得到提升,毕业生就业竞争力增强,输送了大批水环境修复专业人才,建设了专业方向课程体系并新编和修订了一些教材和讲义。成果的特色在于依托学科优势,首创水环境生态修复培养方向,根据定位调整培养方案,开设特色课程,依托工程项目,强化实践教学。

Aquatic ecological restoration is a new developed branch of biological sciences in recent years and it is an important part of eco-civilization. Shanghai Ocean University has built a special direction for aquatic restoration in the biological sciences to comply with the social development and meet the needs of the society for the qualified personnel in aquatic ecological restoration as well as to inherit the development of our school in hydrobiology for nearly sixty years. From designing special courses, optimizing developing programs, being supported by engineering projects, strengthening practical teaching, leading by industry experts, building strong teaching teams, improving the training system, and focusing on promotion of innovation capabilities, we have made a series of achievements including significant improvement on teaching effect and the quality of students, increasing of employment competitiveness of graduates, and output a large number of professionals in aquatic restoration. We established a professional orientation course system and edited some textbooks and handout. The characteristics of this study is that we are the first one to create the aquatic ecological restoration developing direction in biological science education based on our advantages of the disciplines, and we opened a special curriculum according to the positioning adjustment and strengthened practical teaching supported by engineering projects.
