":工匠精神"培育有效融入人才培养,高等职业院校责无旁贷。通过深入铁路局、地铁等轨道交通运营企业调研,校企合作,梳理"工匠精神"在铁道交通运营管理专业对应企业、职业领域内涵,结合高职在校生现状分析,从课程体系、师资队伍、校园文化、社团活动等路径综合融入,提出"工匠精神"融入人才培养系统、务实、有效的策略,从而促进学生成长、满足企业需求、符合国家意志。
