民办高校创新创业教育平台构建探讨

Discussion on the Construction of the Platform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Private Colleges

当前民办高校在开展创新创业教育过程中还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,比如高校内部对创新创业教育的认识不深入;部分高校创新创业教育缺乏内部协作平台,内部资源配置效率不高;民办高校与企业、地方政府的合作广度和深度需要进一步扩展。为此,民办高校需要构建更加高效统一的创新创业教育平台,统筹协调校内外资源,民办高校可以从以下五个方面加强建设,第一、加强创新创业教育的组织管理,重视校级管理平台建设;第二、融合不同课程优势,建设科学统一的创新创业教育课程体系;第三、拓宽与地方政府、企业合作路径,搭建多元化实践平台;第四、构建多层次的师资体系,强化双师双能型师资队伍建设;第五、依托民办高校优势,推动管理方式的改革与创新。

At present, there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the process of developing innovation and entrepreneurship education in private colleges, such as the lack of in-depth understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education in some colleges and universities, the lack of internal collaboration platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education in some colleges and universities, the inefficiency of internal resource allocation, and the cooperation between private colleges, enterprises and local governments. Breadth and depth need further expansion. To this end, the private colleges and universities need to build a more efficient and unified platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education, integrating the resources inside and outside the colleges. Private colleges and universities can strengthen the construction of the platform from the following five aspects: first, the private colleges could strengthen the organization and management of innovation and entrepreneurship education, attach importance to the construction of school-level management platform;second, these colleges could integrate the advantages of different courses, and build the scientific and unified curriculum system on innovation and entrepreneurship education;Third, these colleges could broaden the path of cooperation with local governments and enterprises to build a diversified practice platform;Fourth, these colleges could build a multi-level teacher system to train more dual-qualified teachers;Fifth, these colleges could make full use of the self advantages of private colleges and universities to promote the reform and innovation of management methods.
