新建本科高校教师年度教学考核体系构建研究——以淮南师范学院为例

摘要 年度教学考核是对高校教师一学年教学工作的综合评价。作为新建本科高校,在年度教学考核体系设计中,淮南师范学院将考核指标分成教学工作量(10%)、教学质量(80%)、教学成果(10%)三部分。其中教学质量由学生网上评教(权重50%)、教学系(部)同行互评(权重20%)和学院考核领导小组综合评价(权重30%)三部分组成。为了使教学工作量、学生网上评教、同行互评和学院考核领导小组综合评价在一个影响区间里,我们又设计了线性差值法。考核结果显示,线性差值法起到了收偏作用。 The annual assessment of teachers in universities is a comprehensive evaluation in the teaching work. As a new undergraduate university, Huainan normal university divides the assessment index into the teaching workload (10%), the quality of teaching(80%), teaching achievements (10%). The three parts of the teaching quality by students' teaching evaluation (weight 50%) teaching department (Department) and peer evaluation (weight 20%).The examination of college leading group evaluation (weight 30%) is composed of three parts. we designed the linear difference method, in order to make the teaching workload, student online evaluation, peer evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation of the leading group of college evaluation in an influence range. The results show that the linear difference method plays a role in bias reduction.
