“实践取向”的教师教育课程教学改革的行动研究——以小学教育专业学科教学课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 以《教师教育课程标准》"实践取向"基本理念为依据,以提高师范生教育教学实践能力、培养初步的职业情感和专业认同作为主要研究目标,对小学教育专业两门核心课程进行为期两年四学期的教学改革。改革采用以案例教学为主,模拟课堂、现场教学、对分课堂、小组合作等为辅的教学方法培养师范生教育教学实践能力。阶段性研究结果表明:"实践取向"的案例教学能明显提高师范生的教育教学能力,激发师范生学习兴趣,培养初步的职业情感,促进专业认同。提高高校教师教育者专业素养、实施小班教学等措施有利于发挥案例教学的价值。 Taking "practice oriented" concept from "Curriculum Standards of Teacher Education Program" as the basis, a four-semester teaching reform has been made on two core courses of Primary Education Program to improve the students' educational teaching practice ability, cultivate preliminary occupation emotion and professional identity. The teaching reform adopts case teaching, simulative teaching, field teaching, cooperative teaching and so on. The results of the phase study show that the practice-oriented case teaching really can improve students' teaching ability, stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivate their primary occupation emotion and promote professional recognition. Improving the professional quality of teachers and the implementation of small class teaching can enlarge the value of case teaching.
