电针在糖耐量受损患者中的应用效果研究

Study of the Effect of Using Electroacupuncture for Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

目的观察电针在糖耐量受损患者中的应用效果。方法选择糖耐量受损患者60例,随机分为对照组、电针1组、电针2组,每组20例。对照组患者控制饮食,适当运动;电针1组取肾俞、脾俞、肺俞、足三里、三阴交穴,针刺得气后接bt701-1a型电针仪,输出频率5 Hz,留针20 min。每个疗程连续治疗5 d,每疗程结束后休息2 d。治疗12个疗程,1年内完成;电针2组取穴、针刺、电针方法同电针1组,治疗24个疗程,在2年内完成。其间分别检测0、3、6、9、12、15、18、21、24个月其空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数的变化,对电针干预治疗的疗效及其对糖耐量受损患者转归的影响进行评价。结果治疗后电针2组患者的各项指标均优于电针1组(P<0.05),两组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电针疗法对糖耐量受损患者具有一定的疗效,能够降低患者的血糖水平,值得在临床上使用。

Objective To observe the effect of using electroacupuncture (EA) for patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Method Sixty IGT patients were randomized into a control group, EA group 1 and EA group 2, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received diet control with proper exercise;in EA group 1, Shenshu (BL23), Pishu (BL20), Feishu (BL13), Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) were selected and connected to EA apparatus after qi arrival, with frequency at 5 Hz, and the needles were retained for 20 min. Consecutive 5-day treatments were taken as a course at a 2-day interval. Twelve courses were conducted in total over one year. In EA group 2, same EA treatment was adopted but a total of 24 courses were conducted over two years. At treatment month 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24, fasting blood glucose, 2h-postprandial plasma glucose (P2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and body mass index (BMI) were tested. The therapeutic efficacy of EA and its effect on the development of IGT were evaluated. Result The index results in EA group 2 were superior to those in EA group 1 (P <0.05), and there were significant differences between the two EA groups and the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion EA can produce certain efficacy in treating IGT patients. It can lower the blood glucose level and thus is worth application in clinic.
