摘要
2008年开始中国PM2.5年平均浓度逐渐下降,但京津冀仍然是全国雾霾污染最严重的地区。工业结构对雾霾污染产生影响主要是因为不同行业的能源消耗存在较大差别。基于GWR模型的分析结果显示,工业结构对雾霾污染的影响呈现出显著的空间差异。对于雾霾污染仍受工业结构影响较大的地区,可以通过优化升级产业结构、提高环境规制强度等途径治理雾霾污染。
The average concentration of PM2.5 in China has gradually declined from 2008, but the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region remains the most polluted area in the country. The impact of industrial structure on haze pollution is mainly due to the significant differences of energy consumption in different industries. Based on GWR model, the impact of industrial structure on haze pollution shows significant spatial difference. Forindustrial structure area greatly influenced by haze pollution, we can control haze pollution through optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, increasing the intensity of environmental regulation, etc.
