河北省与中东欧国家经济合作的现状及对策研究

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Economic Cooperation between Hebei Province and Central and Eastern European Countries

在国家"16+1合作"大背景下,河北省从2014年起全面启动与中东欧国家的交流与合作,特别是在优势产能转移、招商引资、现代农业开发合作等方面取得较大进展。在经济合作领域已初步形成了国际产能合作中"市场先行"的河钢模式、"政治搭台,经济唱戏"的中捷模式。分析河北省与中东欧国家经济合作中存在的问题,从增加政策与资金扶持力度、推进与中东欧国家人才引培工程、深化对欧交流机制、增强宣传力度等方面提出了对策建议。
