摘要
采用酸碱滴定法来测量液碱中氢氧化钠含量作为原始数据,同时收集扫描近红外谱图,建立校正模型,最终建立了NIRS(近红外)测定液碱中氢氧化钠含量的方法。采用MSA和T检验验证了测量系统和对比数据的可靠性。NIRS具有分析速度快、无需前处理、不使用化学试剂的优点。快速高效的出具分析数据,更有利益服务于工艺,提高工艺生产效率。
Sodium hydroxide content in liquid alkali was measured by acid-base titration method as raw data.At the same time,scanning near infrared spectroscopy was collected and calibration model was established.NIRS(near infrared)method was established to determine sodium hydroxide content in liquid alkali.MSA and T tests were used to verify the reliability of the measurement system and the comparison data.NIRS had the advantages of fast analysis,no pretreatment and no use of chemical reagents.Rapid and efficient production of analytical data had more beneficial service to the process,improved process production efficiency.
