摘要
介绍了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定银合金电触头中低含量稀土元素的检测方法。采用无机酸分解样品,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法检测银合金中稀土元素含量,分析了干扰因素,确定了最佳溶样方法和最佳测定条件。实验结果表明本方法对银合金中稀土元素的测定准确度高、回收率及精密度满意,可以很好的满足实际分析要求。
A test method for determining lanthanon in silver-alloy electrical contact by ICP-AES with inorganic acid decomposition sample was introduced.The interference factors were analyzed and the optimum sample dissolution method and determination conditions were determined.The experimental results showed that the method had high accuracy,recovery and precision for the determination of rare earth elements in silver alloys,and it can meet the requirements of practical analysis.
