水浴消解-原子荧光法测定土壤中硒、锑的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用(1+1)王水-沸水浴体系对土壤样品进行前处理,原子荧光光谱法测定样品中硒、锑含量。在仪器最佳工作条件下,硒和锑的方法检出限分别为0. 01 mg/kg和0. 009 mg/kg;相对标准偏差:硒为2. 00%~5. 38%,锑为1. 92%~3. 21%;加标回收率:硒为89. 0%~105%,锑为89. 5%~98. 0%。用国家标准物质验证其准确度,结果均在不确定度范围内。该法成本低、准确度高且操作简便,适用于大批量土壤样品的分析测试要求。 Soil samples were pretreated by the system of(1+1)aqua regia-boiling water bath,and the contents of selenium and antimony were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Under the optimum working conditions,the detection limits of selenium and antimony were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.009 mg/kg,respectively.RSD of selenium was in the range of 2.00%~5.38%,and the antimony was in the range of 1.92%~3.21%.The recoveries of standard addition of selenium were 89.0%~105%,and antimony were 89.5%~98.0%.The national standard substance was used to verify the accuracy,and the results were well in the range of uncertainty.This method has low cost,high accuracy and is easy to operate,which is suitable to analyze the large quantities of soil samples.
