惠州学院化工专业毕业生培养质量的跟踪调查与分析

Follow-up and Analysis of Graduate Training Quality of Chemical Engineering in Huizhou University

对惠州学院化工专业毕业生进行了跟踪调查。结果表明,我院化工专业学生就业状况良好、培养质量较高;在校期间要加强实践能力、创新能力和职业生涯规划等方面的培养;绝大多数毕业生认为化工专业分培养方向对就业和从事的工作帮助不大。此次调查结果,为推动我院化工专业人才培养模式的改革和培养方案的修订提供了参考依据。

The graduates of chemical engineering in Huizhou University were followed-up.The results showed that the employment and teaching quality were good.The practical ability,innovation ability and career planning should be enhanced during the period of school.Many graduates considered that the training direction of chemical engineering did no help to their employment.The survey results can provide reference for the reform of chemical engineering personnel training and the revision of training plan.
