摘要
针对化学实验室废弃物多为有毒有害物质,对环境和健康危害大的特点,本研究旨在以无机和有机化学实验室废弃物为研究对象,根据废弃物物理与化学性质不同的特点,探索一套化学实验室废弃物安全管理和处置的管理控制体系,通过该管理控制体系的实施,可实现化学实验室废弃物"减量化、资源化和无害化"的处理目标,为化学实验室废弃物的安全管理提供借鉴和思考。
There are a lot of great deals of inorganic and organic chemical wastes produced in the university laboratories.Based on the physical and chemical properties of theses poisonous and hazardous wastes in the chemical laboratory,and potential risk to the environments,a series of methods and treatments on chemical wastes management were proposed.By the action of the methods and treatments,a goal of reduction,resource and harmless could be achieved.It will provide a new insight into the managements of chemical wastes produced in the laboratory.
