摘要 为研究TMR饲料搅拌机梅花形刀片的磨损性能,选取原装进口刀片(CK)和两种自制刀片(5#和8#)进行4个月的饲料搅拌工作,结合刀片材料成分、微观形貌、硬度和摩擦磨损测试分析刀片的磨损性能,并应用ANSYS Workbench软件对刀片工作受力情况进行仿真探索其磨损机制。结果表明:刀片材料的硬度、组织成分等显著影响材料的耐磨性能,从硬度和化学成分分析可知过剩碳化物的种类和含量是影响其磨损性能的关键因素。针对国内圆捆状秸秆饲料的切碎和搅拌工作,5#刀片含有高Cr和Mo成分使其具有较好的耐磨性,实际磨损率为48.66%,硬度损失率仅为2.36%;8#刀片耐磨性略低于5#,CK磨损程度最大(磨损率高达68.18%,硬度损失率为16.41%)。仿真分析验证刀片的三角形刃端刀尖处为主要磨损区域,长期工作需定期检查刀片磨损程度避免影响工作质量和效率。为国内开展自主研发TMR饲料搅拌机的刀片选择提供理论参考。 In order to investigate the wear performanee of the quincuncial blades of the TMR feed mixer,the imported original blade (CK) and two self-made blades (5 # and 8 #) were selected to proceed with four months' feed mixing work.The wear performance of blades was analyzed in corporating with the material compositi on morphology,bardness and friction-wear tests.The ANSYS Work bench software was applied to simulate the force conditions of the blades when working for the exploration of its wear mechanism.The results showed that the hardness and compositi on of material have great influence on its wear resista nee.Based on the analysis of hardness and chemical composition,the type and amount of excess carbide was the key element in affecting the wear performanee of the blades.Aimed at the domestic round bundle straw,the 5# blade had better wear resistance due to its high amount of Cr and Mo ingredients.Its practical wear rate was 48.66% and the loss rate of hardness was only 2.36%;8 # blade had lower wear resistance than 5 #,CK blade had the greatest wear degree (the wear rate reached 68.18% and the hardness loss rate was 16.41%).The simulation analysis has approved that the tool nose of the triangle blade end was the major wearing area.It should have regular checking of the wear degree of the blades when undergoing long-time work to avoid affecting the working quality and efficiency.This work could offer a theoretical reference for the blade selection of the independent exploitation of self-made TMR feed mixer in China.
