The Perspective of Philosophy of Technology after the Axiological Turn

技术哲学源于对技术的批判性反思,属于技术哲学的规范性研究。荷兰的克罗斯提出关注技术人工物以及技术人工物的结构与功能,被称为技术哲学的经验转向,这是技术哲学的描述性研究。技术哲学描述性研究遇到了技术哲学的结构—功能之间不能解决的逻辑鸿沟,为此,技术哲学家提出技术哲学的价值论转向,试图在解决技术哲学经验转向的逻辑鸿沟的基础上,开拓技术哲学研究的新视野。

The philosophy of technology is derived from the critical reflection of technology, which belongs to the normative study of the philosophy of technology. Peter Kroes, in Holland, has raised concerns about technical black boxes and attention to technical artifacts, which is called the empirical turn of the philosophy of technology, that is, the descriptive study of the philosophy of technology. On the basis of this, the philosophy of technology puts forward the axiological turn of the philosophy of technology and tries to open up a new field of vision of the research of technical philosophy on the basis of solving the logical gap of the turn of technical philosophy experience.
