摘要
将浓硫酸催化的八甲基环四硅氧烷开环聚合产物与甲基二苯基硅醇钠反应后,再与二甲基氯硅烷反应制备得到单端含活泼氢的聚二甲基硅氧烷,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对聚合物及中间体的结构和性能进行了分析测试。结果表明,合成产物为单端含活泼氢的聚二甲基硅氧烷结构,其与多乙烯基硅油反应产物的折射率较多乙烯基硅油提高了0.0215,氮气气氛中其与多乙烯基硅油反应产物的5%质量损失温度达到405℃,10%质量损失温度达到422.7℃,合成的单端含活泼氢的聚二甲基硅氧烷可用作硅油折射率和热性能改进剂。
The active single terminal hydrogen containing silicone fluid was prepared by reaction conducted between dimethylchlorosilane and the reaction product obtained by the ring-opening polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium methyldiphenylsilanolate. The structure and properties of the obtained active single terminal hydrogen containing silicone fluid and intermediates were characterized by FT-IR, NMR, TGA, etc. The results indicate that the structure of the obtained product is coincided with what designed. Compared with the poly(dimethyl-methylvinyl)siloxane copolymer end capped with dimethylvinylsiloxyl groups, the refractive index of the hydrosilylation product resulted from the active single terminal hydrogen containing silicone fluid and poly(dimethyl-methylvinyl)siloxane copolymer end capped with dimethylvinylsiloxyl groups is improved by 0.0215. In nitrogen atmosphere, the 5% mass loss temperature for the hydrosilylation product is 405 ℃, together with a 10% mass loss temperature up to 422.7 ℃. The active single terminal hydrogen containing silicone fluid synthesized could be functioned as refractive index enhancer and thermal stability modifier for silicone polymers.
